Activities - an overview
We have a wide range of activities and projects, some of which are one offs and some are on-going.

We organise community litterpicks, generally out of season and everyone is welcome.

The Town Team Gardening Group take care of multiple garden sites around the town and there's always opportunities for more people to get involved. If you'd like to know when and where they meet at each site please email Sue.

Due to weather and so on, adhoc get togethers are also organised at short notice, let Sue know if you'd to join her email list to be told when the next one is or keep an our Facebook group.
The Broadstairs Town Shed is a Flagship Town Team project for local people 55+. Our first Shed opened its doors in 2014 and has now expanded into a larger state-of the-art Workshop, to accommodate more members. For more info. click here

We're a friendly bunch and always really pleased to make contact with anyone new.
We especially need help when it's hot with watering. If you live near the station, we'd particularly like your help please.
Whatever your skills and interests and whether you can give perhaps an hour once in a while or you are able to make a more regular commitment we'd love you to be part of what we're doing.
8th May 2023. We were happily part of a Broadstairs-wide celebration of volunteers as part of the Coronation celebrations
We had a stall with our friends from the Broadstairs Town Shed at the 'Big Help Out' Coronation celebration hosted by Broadstairs and St. Peter's Town Council on Monday, 8th May.
