Volunteers make our town so special, and we need your help please.

You can help us make this event for our whole community to enjoy and make new memories of this Jubilee.

Whether you are able to offer few hours either to help with organisation in the run up to June 3rd, or are willing to help us make this day a great celebration and coming together to celebrate our town, we'd love your support. We'll be transforming the main room in Pierremont Hall into a space celebrating the Coronation, Jubilees and for sharing stories and posing for the camera.

We need local people to help us bring this event to life.

That may involve helping us serve teas and coffees to everyone, assisting people with mobility issues, transport, help with registration and managing the photography and 'My Jubilee story' memory capture elements.

We're inviting all local businesses to help us publicise the event over the coming weeks too, so if you can take some leaflets or posters, or help spread the word about the event, let us know.

Every hour and skill you kindly donate will help us make the event extra special.
